The Cultural Leadership Programme is running a new series of free Leadership Development Days designed to support and enhance the leadership potential of black, Asian and ethnic minority people, disabled people and people working in micro-businesses (1-5 employees) in the cultural and creative industries. The CLP is also delivering a series of advanced leadership development workshops for more experienced leaders; these take place in Manchester, Belfast and London.
