There are just two weeks to go before the first ever event connecting the Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) community and social enterprises held by the Social Enterprise Coalition.
Confirmed speakers include: Phil Hope MP, Minister for the Third Sector; Margaret Moran MP; and the Cabinet Office Social Enterprise Ambassadors: Nigel Kershaw, The Big Invest; Dai Powell, Hackney Community Transport; Saeeda Ahmed, Trescom; Matt Kepple, Wahblo; and Claudine Reid, PJ’s Community Service.
The day will feature presentations and breakout sessions on how social enterprise can benefit BAME communities, as well as surgeries hosted by the Office of the Third Sector and Barclays Bank.
